Last Updated: August 11, 2026
Handy10 is committed to making its website accessible to people with disabilities, in the belief that everyone has the right to use the web with dignity, independence, and equality.
1. Conformance Standard
We strive to conform to Israeli Standard 5568, based on the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines, at Level AA, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013.
2. Accessibility Measures
Among other things, we have implemented the following:
- Semantic HTML structure that works with screen readers.
- Full keyboard navigation to all interactive elements (links, buttons, and cards).
- Visible focus indicators for keyboard users.
- Text alternatives and ARIA labels for icons and interactive graphics.
- Color contrast that meets the required ratio for text.
- A responsive layout that supports zooming and works across a range of devices.
3. Accessibility Widget
An accessibility button appears at the bottom of every page. Opening it lets you increase text size, enable high contrast, highlight links, and stop animations. Your preferences are remembered on your next visit.
4. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. We work continually to improve accessibility. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve it.
5. Accessibility Coordinator
For any accessibility issue, question, or request, you may contact our accessibility coordinator:
6. Feedback Response
We make every effort to respond to accessibility requests within a reasonable time. If a specific page or feature is not accessible to you, please include the page address and a description of the problem so we can assist you quickly.
